• Assist in writing clean, testable code and fixing software bugs. • Assist with software design and participate in code reviews. • Support system deployment, updates, and routine maintenance. • Assist in document workflows, system policies, and user guides. • Assist in tracking project timelines, sprint goals, and deliverables. • Assist in managing and coordinating IT service desk requests from users and provide timely feedback on all requests. • Assist in maintaining an up-to-date inventory of all IT assets and IT documentation. • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or IT-related discipline. • Software and hardware support • Knowledge of Programming PHP, Python, Java, C++ • Knowledge of databases e.g. Postgres SQL, Microsoft SQL • Good customer service and people skills • Self-motivated and a team player • Pleasant personality • Excellent communication skills
