The position acts as the first line of defense for real-time fault detection, ticket logging, basic log analysis, and coordinated technical escalations across the regional hub. Real-time Monitoring & Alert Handling: Continuously track GSOC dashboards (Grafana, Zabbix) for performance baselines, threshold breaches, and platform degradation. Incident Lifecycle Management: Create, classify, prioritize, and manage incident tickets in ServiceNow following established ITIL workflows and escalation matrix rules. Basic Troubleshooting & Log Analysis: Utilize Kibana to search, filter, and analyze system logs to assist in initial fault isolation and root cause analysis. Shift Operations & Coordination: Execute designated shift tasks, coordinate with Senior NOC Engineers on major disruptions, and issue accurate shift handover reports. Qualifications & Requirements Education: Technical Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Networks, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
