JOB TITLE EXECUTIVE DRIVER NATURE OF JOB FULL TIME SALARY KSHS.35,000 JOB LOCATION UPPER HILL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Executive Transportation · Provide professional and timely transportation to executives, senior management, and authorized company representatives. · Drive executives to meetings, appointments, business functions, airports, and other official engagements. · Maintain punctuality and plan routes effectively to ensure timely arrival at destinations. · Provide transportation for local and long-distance assignments within Kenya. Safety & Defensive Driving · Operate company or assigned vehicles safely and responsibly at all times. · Observe all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company driving policies. · Practice defensive driving and maintain a high level of awareness of road and traffic conditions. · Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers throughout every journey. · Report accidents, incidents, traffic violations, or vehicle-related concerns immediately. Vehicle Maintenance & Management · Conduct routine pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. · Ensure assigned vehicles are clean, secure, and maintained in good operating condition. · Monitor fuel levels, mileage, servicing schedules, insurance, inspection, and other vehicle documentation. · Report mechanical faults and arrange servicing or repairs as authorized. · Maintain accurate vehicle logbooks and trip records. Route Planning & Navigation · Maintain excellent knowledge of Nairobi roads, major business districts, airports, and key destinations. · Plan efficient routes while considering traffic, road conditions, weather, and security considerations. · Demonstrate strong knowledge of major highways and routes across Kenya. · Be comfortable undertaking long-distance journeys and travel to different counties. Professional & Confidential Conduct · Maintain strict confidentiality regarding executive schedules, destinations, business activities, and company information. · Demonstrate professionalism, discretion, courtesy, and respect when interacting with executives, clients, visitors, and other stakeholders. · Maintain appropriate professional appearance and conduct at all times. · Exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive or confidential situations.
