• Manage vehicle maintenance, servicing, fuel, insurance, licensing, and records. • Plan and optimize learner pick-up/drop-off routes and schedules. • Recruit, supervise, train, and evaluate drivers and transport assistants. • Enforce safety procedures, including seatbelts, speed control, headcounts, and emergency protocols. • Manage transport incidents, accidents, and reporting. • Communicate with parents and school leadership on transport matters. • Prepare and monitor the transport budget and recommend cost-saving improvements. • High integrity, reliability, and safety awareness. • Excellent organization and time management. • Calm and decisive under pressure. • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
