• Prepare, review and process invoices and billing transactions. • Perform account reconciliations including invoices, payments, customer accounts and ledger balances. • Identify, investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and unreconciled items. • Monitor receivables and follow up on outstanding balances where necessary. • Maintain accurate financial records and reconciliation schedules. • Prepare periodic billing and reconciliation reports for management review. • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. • Professional qualification (ZICA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent) will be an added advantage. • Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience in accounting, billing, reconciliation or finance functions. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems. • Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent attention to detail, integrity and ability to meet deadlines.
