• Must be a born-again, mature Christian who conforms to the CITAM statement of faith. • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized institution. • Professional qualification such as CPA(K), ACCA or equivalent will be an added advantage. • Minimum of 6 years’ experience as a financial analyst, investment analysis, business analysis, or a similar role. • Strong knowledge of financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and investment evaluation techniques. • Demonstrated experience in business performance analysis and strategic financial planning. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, Power BI, and other financial analysis tools. • Strong analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to translate complex financial information into actionable business insights. • Knowledge of AI technologies and their application in financial analysis.
