• Supervise, coach, and support production staff to achieve daily production targets. • Prepare work schedules and allocate resources effectively. • Monitor employee performance and provide training and development where needed. • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). • Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily manufacturing activities. • Ensure production schedules are achieved while maintaining efficiency and quality. • Adjust workflows and resource allocation to meet changing production demands. • Maintain accurate production tracking and performance records. • Ensure products consistently meet established quality standards and specifications. • Conduct routine inspections of production processes and equipment. • Investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions. • Promote adherence to quality management systems and food safety requirements. • Bachelor’s Degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. • Relevant manufacturing experience may be considered in place of formal qualifications. • 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the food processing industry.
