• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Recruitment Sourcing, Talent Acquisition, or a related field. • Proven experience building talent pipelines independently. • Strong research, sourcing, and candidate engagement skills. • Experience reaching out to passive candidates and nurturing talent communities. • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ATS Platforms, Boolean Search Techniques, Other sourcing tools • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. • Strong organizational and time-management abilities. • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. • Experience sourcing for high-volume recruitment environments. • Experience recruiting for niche, specialized, or difficult-to-fill positions. • Knowledge of advanced sourcing methodologies and talent mapping. • Experience working with recruitment metrics and sourcing analytics.
