• Maintain and install all refractory linings within the required specifications for all ball mills; • Troubleshoot and rectify any issues relating to the refractory linings; • Monitor the performance of the refractory linings and implement corrective measures as necessary; • Provide technical advice and guidance to other maintenance personnel regarding refractory materials; • Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the refractory lining installation process; • Ensure compliance with safety regulations when working with hazardous materials such as refractory linings. Job Qualifications: • Technical knowledge of metallurgy and refractory materials; • Experience in the installation and maintenance of refractory linings in ball mills; • Ability to operate heavy machinery and equipment safely and efficiently; • Strong problem-solving skills; • Excellent communication skills; • High level of physical fitness due to the strenuous nature of the duties involved.
