We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Procurement Officer with proven experience in Procurement & Tendering. The ideal candidate will manage sourcing, supplier evaluation, tender preparation, submission, and procurement reporting. Diploma / Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.Minimum 3 years experience in procurement and tendering (MUST)Proven track record of winning/submitting tenders (Govt & Private).Must have knowledge of Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act (PPADA)Membership to KISM is an added advantage.Excellent knowledge of AGPO, PPIP, IFMIS processesStrong negotiation, analytical, and documentation skills.Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and tender portalsHigh level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to meet strict deadlines.Able to work under pressure with minimal supervision
