• Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and close-out activities. • Develop and implement project management plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans. • Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and stakeholder activities. • Manage contractual obligations and ensure compliance with client specifications and regulatory requirements. • Interface with utility operators, regulatory agencies, contractors, consultants, and community stakeholders. • Monitor project progress against approved schedules and implement corrective actions when necessary. • Ensure timely procurement and delivery of project materials and equipment. • Manage project risks, issues, opportunities, and mitigation plans. • Chair project meetings and provide regular progress reports to management and stakeholders. • Oversee quality assurance, safety performance, and environmental compliance. • Manage project change requests and contractual claims. • Ensure successful testing, commissioning, energization, and handover of relocated transmission and substation facilities. • Maintain effective stakeholder communication and conflict resolution. Qualification Requirements • MSc in Electrical Engineering or related discipline. • Professional certification in Project Management (PMP mandatory).
