• Are you an experienced B2B sales professional who can identify business needs, build strong client relationships, and turn opportunities into successful deals? • Indepth Research Institute (IRES) is looking for a Sales Executive to drive full-cycle sales across the public, private, and non-profit sectors. • Location: Tala Road, Runda, Nairobi • Salary: KSh 35,000 per month • Generate new business through outbound prospecting across calls, email, social media, events and other channels. • Qualify leads, conduct needs assessments and understand clients’ challenges, budgets and decision-making processes. • Recommend and tailor IRES training and consulting solutions to clients’ strategic needs. • Build relationships with C-level executives, procurement teams, project managers and other key decision-makers. • Manage enterprise and public-sector opportunities, including RFPs, tenders, vendor qualification and procurement processes. • Negotiate commercial terms and drive opportunities through approval, legal and closing stages. • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipelines and forecasts while monitoring market trends, regulations and competitors. • Leverage partnerships and IRES’s institutional credentials to create new opportunities and access decision-makers. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Accounting or a related field. • At least 2 years’ experience in B2B full-cycle sales, consultative selling or account closing. • Strong proficiency in CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
