• Diploma or degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field. • Professional certification (KISM, CIPS) is an added advantage. • 1-2 years’ experience in procurement or supply chain (internship included). • Basic knowledge of procurement processes and ERP systems. • Strong communication and negotiation support skills. • Good analytical ability and attention to detail. • Supplier follow-up & coordination • Documentation accuracy • Assist in preparing procurement plans and schedules based on departmental needs. • Gather market information, quotations, and supplier data when required. • Support compliance with company policies and procurement guidelines. • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. • CPA(K), ACCA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification. • Membership with ICPAK or another recognized professional accounting body. • Minimum of 5–7 years’ progressive finance and accounting experience, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
