The Senior Marketing Operations Specialist coordinates the execution and analysis of marketing activities across digital, social, content, SMS, push notifications, radio, television, and other approved channels. 1. Cross-Channel Campaign Coordination ā Coordinate campaigns across digital, social, content, CRM, radio, television, and referral channels. ā Maintain the shared marketing calendar, including offers, audiences, timing, deliverables, and owners. ā Prepare campaign briefs and coordinate delivery with specialists and agencies. ā Ensure messaging and offers are consistent across all channels. ā Track implementation, deadlines, dependencies, and risks. ā Document campaign results and lessons learned. 2. Marketing Analytics and Reporting ā Consolidate performance data from digital, offline, social, CRM, and app channels. ā Track registrations, applications, approvals, disbursements, conversions, and acquisition costs. ā Interpret attribution results and highlight relevant limitations. ā Identify the channels and campaigns driving customers and disbursed loans. ā Prepare weekly and monthly reports for the CMO and COO/Director. ā Recommend corrective actions for underperforming activities. 3. Offline Media and Agency Coordination ā Prepare briefs for radio, television, production, and other media agencies. ā Coordinate schedules, placements, materials, and delivery deadlines. ā Monitor performance by channel, station, placement, and campaign period. ā Negotiate proposed placements and rates within approved parameters. ā Compare agency proposals and recommend preferred options. ā Verify delivery and escalate poor performance or service failures. 4. Local Market and Customer Insights ā Monitor competitors, customer trends, media usage, and digital lending developments. ā Review app-store feedback, social media sentiment, and customer comments. ā Coordinate customer surveys and other approved research activities. ā Collect customer testimonials and case studies with appropriate consent. ā Identify recurring customer concerns and communication gaps. ā Provide regular market and competitor updates to management. 5. Marketing Content Coordination ā Coordinate banners, videos, radio scripts, social posts, SMS, push notifications, and app content. ā Prepare clear briefs for content specialists, agencies, and designers. ā Review materials for consistency, accuracy, local relevance, and brand alignment. ā Ensure required approvals are completed before publication. ā Maintain records of approved materials and final campaign content. ā Coordinate content production with campaign and media timelines. 6. Marketing Compliance and Approvals ā Coordinate campaign review with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Product, and other stakeholders. ā Ensure offers, pricing, product conditions, and claims are accurate. ā Check alignment with Company policies, platform rules, and applicable requirements. ā Maintain evidence of approvals and final campaign materials. ā Escalate regulatory, reputational, customer-treatment, or platform-policy risks. ā Ensure expired or withdrawn offers are removed promptly. 7. MarTech, AdTech and AI Adoption ā Evaluate tools that improve attribution, reporting, analysis, and campaign delivery. ā Support use of MMPs, GA4, Firebase, AppFollow, ASO, and approved platforms. ā Identify practical uses of AI and automation in marketing workflows. ā Coordinate testing and implementation of approved tools. ā Document expected benefits, risks, and implementation results. ā Monitor adoption and impact on efficiency and decision-making. 8. App Store, Ratings and Reputation Support ā Monitor app-store ratings, reviews, sentiment, and recurring concerns. ā Support approved review-solicitation activities. ā Link rating trends with product, campaign, service, and customer data. ā Coordinate responses with Product, Operations, Customer Service, and Content. ā Escalate significant negative trends or reputation risks. ā Track key issues and actions taken. 9. Marketing Operating Rhythm ā Prepare and maintain the weekly marketing plan. ā Provide accurate updates for regular marketing and business meetings. ā Keep shared communication channels updated with campaign status. ā Track agreed actions, owners, and deadlines. ā Coordinate inputs from specialists, agencies, Data, Risk, and Product. ā Escalate delayed decisions, conflicting priorities, and material risks.
