• Prepare and maintain accurate general ledger, investigate and reconcile any noted variances. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records in the ERP system. • Process journal entries and ensure proper account coding. • Process bank transactions and perform bank reconciliations. • Verify supplier invoices and process payments. • Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records. • Maintain the fixed assets register. • Coordinate provision of information required by internal and external auditors. • Prepare and submit statutory returns and ensure compliance with all KRA requirements. • Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and any management performance reports as may be required. • Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time. • Maintenance and submission of accurate, timely and relevant financial reports. • Compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. • Maintenance of accurate accounting records and financial data. • Enforce internal controls and compliance with the Finance and Treasury policies.
