• Support research, evaluations, and content preparation for project outputs in neighborhood planning, social rental housing, and capacity development. • Assist in communications and public relations, including designing presentations, factsheets, and managing internal/external communications. • Aid in logistics and event management for workshops, events, and retreats, liaising with support units. • Facilitate administrative and organizational tasks within the project’s urban planning scope. • Contribute to strategy development and neighborhood planning processes in selected sites. • Facilitating general organizational and administrative tasks related to the project scope • Enhance professional capacities through support in training and academic collaborations. • Supports to organize events, seminars, and workshops, handling logistics and coordination. • Supports the team in administrative, logistical and knowledge management activities such as workshops, forums, community events, team meetings and other project activities. • Assists project advisors in activities related to the context of the project. • Assists the project with any other organizational and management issues. • Assists and supports collection and analysis of data related to the project activities • performs other duties and tasks at the request of management • Minimum Bachelor/BSc/BA (graduated within the last 12 months or nearing completion of the studies: waiting for graduation) with a focus on a relevant field in relation to the project (e.g. urban/regional planning, architecture, sustainability/environmental studies, infrastructure, urban geography etc.) • Good knowledge of one or more of the following topics: integrated & inclusive urban development, social/affordable housing, urban infrastructure provision, urban climate action.
