• Ensure compliance with onboarding processes including KYC and customer education. • Collaborate with line management to develop and monitor sales initiatives. • Track adherence to SLAs during acquisition and onboarding. • Recover devices from noncompliant customers. • Provide first-level troubleshooting and resolution of customer issues. • Escalate unresolved customer and network issues appropriately. • Collate daily target achievements and analyze monthly market trends. • Prepare dashboards for weekly reviews and ad-hoc reports. • Graduate degree or Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent. • Understanding of telecom/fixed wireless trends is an advantage. • Minimum of 1 year in outdoor sales, preferably in telecom. • Commercial acumen with knowledge of competition, devices, packages, and commission schemes. • Tech-savvy with understanding of 5G and Fixed Wireless Services. • Resilience and ability to deliver against stretch targets. • Strong entrepreneurial spirit.
