• Summary •We are seeking a charismatic, well-connected, and highly organized Recruitment Supervisor to lead and take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process; from shop-floor to supervisor level. • •Oversee and update the Offer Approval (OA) sheet and ensure real-time recruitment data accuracy. • •Lead and handle salary discussions and negotiations for skilled positions. • Required Qualifications •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s is an advantage). • •Minimum 4 years’ experience in recruitment, HR operations, or talent acquisition. • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) and familiarity with online recruitment tools/systems.
