• Outreach and promotion of company lending solutions. • Recruit customers who meet company target customer criteria. • Ensure effective loan appraisal is done. • Meet the set business targets and maintain quality loan book. • Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration/Management or a related field. • Experience in sales, marketing and portfolio management would be an added advantage. • Computer literate. • Able to work within given strict deadlines. • High degree of integrity and confidentiality. • Excellent communication and customer handling skills. • Marketing, promotion and sale of credit solutions. • Recruitment of customers and conducting loan appraisals. • Ensure loan repayment follow-ups and deliver good quality book. • Remain a good risk manager with good portfolio quality and high customer retention. • Prepare monthly performance reports.
