• Identify and develop new business opportunities. • Conduct marketing and sales visits to prospective and existing customers. • Promote technology products, electronic weighing systems and related solutions. • Build and maintain strong customer relationships. • Generate leads and follow up on prospective customers. • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations where required. • Prepare and follow up on quotations. • Support negotiations and conversion of prospects into customers. • Conduct market research and provide feedback on customer needs and competitor activities. • Recommend appropriate marketing and promotional opportunities. • Maintain regular communication and follow-up with customers. • Coordinate after-sales support where necessary. • Prepare accurate sales and marketing reports. • Track customer visits, leads, quotations and sales closed. • Work closely with the Marketing Supervisor / Sales Team Leader to achieve targets.
