• Maintain accurate books of accounts in accordance with IFRS and company policies • Record and reconcile general ledger entries, bank statements, and intercompany transactions • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and collections • Prepare and file PAYE, VAT, and Withholding Tax returns with KRA • Ensure compliance with Kenyan tax laws and regulations • Coordinate statutory deductions (NSSF, NHIF) and payroll reconciliations • Support internal and external audits and respond to audit queries • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field • CPA (K), ACCA, or equivalent qualification (preferred or in progress) • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience • Strong knowledge of Kenyan tax and statutory requirements • Experience working with accounting software (Odoo) • Lead cybersecurity solution design during pre-sales engagements • Support RFPs, client discussions, and technical presentations
