• Manage and grow the organization’s presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other digital platforms. • Design high-quality marketing graphics, promotional materials, and brand assets. • Create engaging and compelling digital content for campaigns, social media, and other communication channels. • Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns to generate quality leads. • Track campaign performance and prepare analytical reports to measure marketing effectiveness. • Update, maintain, and optimize website content to ensure accuracy and relevance. • Develop and execute innovative digital marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives. • Capture, edit, and produce high-quality photos and videos for marketing and promotional purposes. • Enhance the organization’s online visibility, brand awareness, and customer engagement. • Stay informed on emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to drive continuous improvement. • Convert qualified leads into paying clients, contributing directly to business growth and revenue generation. • A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field. • Proven experience managing social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and similar channels. • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or equivalent graphic design and content creation tools. • Practical knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, SEO principles, and digital marketing best practices.
