• Ensure compliance with government regulations, and healthcare financial reporting standards. • Oversee billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition for medical services provided. • Ensure accurate patient billing, insurance claims processing, and timely collections. • Monitor receivables from patients, insurance companies, and third-party payers. • Track and analyze costs related to medical services, departments, and service lines. • Support management in pricing decisions and cost-control initiatives. • Support the preparation of annual budgets and departmental budgets in collaboration with clinical and administrative units. • Monitor budget utilization and analyze variances between actual and planned expenditures. • Provide financial forecasts based on patient volumes, service utilization, and operational trends. • Schedule accounts payable, including payments to suppliers of pharmaceuticals, medical equipment, and consumables. • Ensure timely and accurate payment processing in accordance with procurement policies and contracts. • Verify invoices against purchase orders, delivery notes, and service agreements. • Prepare payroll accounting for clinical and non-clinical staff, including overtime, on-call allowances, and professional fees. • Ensure accurate accounting of staff benefits, statutory deductions, and tax obligations. • Ensure timely filing and payment of healthcare-related taxes, including VAT, withholding tax, payroll tax, and other statutory contributions.
