• Lead, supervise and develop the Sales Engineering team to achieve sales targets. • Drive sales revenue, customer acquisition and business growth. • Identify new markets, customers, projects and strategic business opportunities. • Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate electrical equipment and engineering solutions. • Prepare and review technical proposals, quotations and solution designs. • Present technical products and solutions effectively to customers. • Manage the sales process from lead generation through quotation, negotiation, order conversion and follow-up. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and business stakeholders. • Monitor sales pipeline, conversion rates, revenue and individual/team performance. • Provide coaching, direction and accountability to the sales team. • Work closely with technical, production, projects, tendering and commercial teams to ensure customer requirements are successfully delivered. • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth. • Support customer negotiations and contribute to closing high-value sales opportunities. • Prepare regular sales performance and pipeline reports for management. • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering or a related technical field.
