• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field, a Masters is preferred. • Full CPA (K), ACCA, CISA, CIA qualification. • Certification in IT audits • Member of a relevant professional body • At least ten (10) years of experience working in a holding company, five (5) of which must be in a managerial position. • High attention to detail, excellent analytical and presentation skills • Strategic and independent thinker. • Strong leadership, task management, planning and organisational skills. • Must possess high standards of integrity, ethics, and confidentiality. • Ability to build collaborative relationships across the organisation. • Research and investigation skills. • Highest level of personal and professional integrity • Clean and maintain a property to the highest cleaning standards. • Identify and report maintenance issues & pest attacks that might lead to customer dissatisfaction. • Address and interact with residents in a professional manner promoting a care DNA culture.
