• Respond to member questions, complaints and requests via phone, email or in person. • Track and resolve inquiry tickets through the membership management system. • Conduct membership recruitment and retention initiatives. • Process membership applications, renewals and subscription payments. • Maintain and update membership management system records. • Plan and execute member events. • Develop and implement membership drive and growth strategies. • Oversee the development and delivery of quality membership services. • Coordinate ISK Membership Chapter programmes and outreach operations. • Identify and develop promotional avenues to raise awareness of the Institution. • Conduct service needs assessments for members in liaison with relevant departments. • Identify appropriate training programmes and services for members. • Support the design and implementation of programmes arising from member-related research. • Develop and implement members’ welfare programmes and activities. • Maintain the member management system.
