• Lead month-end and year-end financial close processes • Prepare and review management accounts (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) • Oversee balance sheet reconciliations, cost accounting, and variance analysis • Ensure robust internal controls across finance operations • Manage cash flow forecasting, treasury operations, and liquidity • Liaise with banks and optimize working capital (inventory, receivables, payables) • Ensure full compliance with Kenyan tax regulations (VAT, PAYE, CIT, WHT) • Handle tax filings, KRA audits, and statutory compliance • Lead audit processes and coordinate with external auditors • Manage and develop the accounting team • Partner with operations and management to provide financial insights and reporting • CPA (K) – Mandatory • ACCA / CPA Finalist or Member – Preferred • Minimum 5 -7years’ experience in accounting/finance, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role (manufacturing experience preferred) • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP Business One is an added advantage)
