• Provide support in coordinating branch, terminal, and field operations to ensure smooth workflow. • Assist in tracking unscanned shipments, delays, and discrepancies, ensuring they are promptly addressed or escalated. • Assist in preparing reports on operational performance, including unscanned items, delays, and related issues. • Maintain effective communication with branches, terminals, and operational teams on daily activities and issues. • Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field. • At least one (4) year of experience in an operations, logistics, or administrative role. Experience in the courier or logistics industry will be an added advantage. • Preferable Male
