ā¢ 13+ years, with 7+ years in a revenue-accountable BD or Practice Growth role in international development consulting- specifically with demonstrated win history in Sub-Saharan Africa, East Africa, or the Horn of Africa. ā¢ Proven history of winning and managing USD 5M+ donor-funded contracts in Africa. Quantified pipeline management with documented win rates. Experience with AfDB, FCDO, GIZ, AFD, USAID, or DANIDA Africa procurement. ā¢ Deep expertise in Africa climate risk, multi-hazard vulnerability, adaptation planning, NDC/NAP implementation, green economy transition, and climate finance (GCF, AfDB CIF, Africa Climate Foundation). Experience with REDD+, NbS, Loss and Damage, and CRGE implementation strongly preferred.
