• Insurance Claim Management: Open claims with insurance carriers, health insurance subrogation departments, and state medical coverage providers. • Document Procurement: Request and follow up on police reports, medical records, and billing statements. • Client Care & Scheduling: Schedule medical appointments for clients, coordinate transportation, and provide regular case updates. • Balance Verification: Contact medical providers to verify and reconcile outstanding balances. • Demand Preparation: Organize and assemble complete case files for submission to demand writers. • Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience as a Case Manager Assistant, Case Manager, or Legal Assistant specifically in Personal Injury (PI). (Note: Pure Intake Specialist experience will not be considered for this role). • Education: Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress (preferably in Legal Studies, Healthcare, or related fields). • Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong multitasking abilities, and a minimum typing speed of 40+ WPM. • Language: Advanced to near-native English communication skills. (Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a strong plus!) • Tech Stack: Familiarity with case management software like Litify or Salesforce is highly desirable.
