Accurately receive, record, and store all office sundries and reorder materials as necessary. Front Desk & Visitor Handling: Keep the reception area organized, greet and direct visitors, and answer incoming phone calls in a professional manner. Logistics & Event Support: Assist in setting up and managing office logistics for meetings, workshops, events, and appointments. Administrative Support: Support team members with general administrative duties, including document filing, photocopying, and scanning. Equipment Maintenance: Ensure office machinery and equipment remain in good working condition, coordinating maintenance or repairs when needed. Qualifications & Requirements Education: Diploma in Office Administration, Management, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role. Skills & Competencies: Proficiency in basic office software (MS Office suite) and general office technology. Strong organizational, time-management, and multi-tasking skills.
