• Process and record daily financial transactions, including invoices, payments, receipts and expenses. • Prepare and verify supplier invoices and payment documentation. • Capture and maintain accurate financial records in the respective accounting system. • Review invoices, LPOs and supporting documents for accuracy, completeness and approved rates. • Maintain accounts payable and receivable records and monitor outstanding balances. • Perform bank, supplier and customer reconciliations. • Identify and follow up on discrepancies, errors and outstanding documentation. • Assist with month-end reporting, financial schedules and management accounts. • Ensure proper filing and maintenance of financial records and supporting documents. • Support audit and statutory compliance requirements. • Contribute to improving Finance Department processes and controls. • Perform other accounting duties as assigned. • The candidate must hold a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with CPA Section 2 or equivalent, while KATC/ATD finalists will be an added advantage. • The candidate must have a minimum of two years’ relevant experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance. • Candidates must have hands-on experience with Sage Accounting Software for the Sage position or Xero Accounting Software for the Xero position.
