• Bachelor’s degree in communications, film, journalism, photography. • 3–5 years of professional experience in multimedia production (photo and video). • Proven experience producing compelling visual stories (please include a portfolio link in your application). • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, and After Effects. • Strong understanding of composition, lighting, color, and storytelling principles. • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines. • Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills. • Flexibility to travel within Rwanda for field assignments. • Extreme sensitivity to issues of consent, representation, and privacy in health and human-interest storytelling. • Understanding of health communications and development to create sensitive, mission-driven video content. • collaborate with global stakeholders and streamline production workflows. • Digital Distribution: Manage and upload video assets through website and digital platforms • Translate complex NGO programs into compelling visual narratives that resonate with donors and international communities. • Ability to live PIH/IMB values: Ubumuntu-Compassion, Ubupfura-Integrity, Ubunyangamugayo-Honesty, Ubwubahane-Mutual respect, Ubufatanye-Solidarity, Agaciro-Dignity, Kugira ishyaka-Determination • Accountability – Able to accept responsibility for one’s actions, outcomes, and those of their team.
