• Assist with preparation, verification and recording of customer invoices and financial transactions. • Support the maintenance and updating of customer accounts, payment records and General Ledger accounts. • Assist in monitoring outstanding customer balances and following up on overdue receivables. • Support preparation of Accounts Receivable aging reports and other finance schedules. • Assist with customer, bank and General Ledger reconciliations and investigation of discrepancies. • Record and verify customer payments and ensure transactions are accurately posted in the accounting system. • Assist with reviewing supporting documents for financial transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness. • Support month-end and year-end closing activities. • Assist in preparing financial reports, schedules and routine Finance Department reports. • Maintain accurate and properly organized accounting records and documentation. • Assist with filing and retrieval of financial documents. • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of financial information. • Perform other accounting and finance duties as assigned by the supervisor. • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field. • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
