• Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree in accounting, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field; possession of a master’s degree is an added advantage. • Strong knowledge of international sourcing, Incoterms, and logistics. • Excellent commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills • Attention to detail • A strategic and analytical mind • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to create and maintain positive working relationships with vendors, suppliers, shippers, and customers. • Comprehensive understanding of the company’s products, supply chain framework, and logistics operations • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. • MoR certification is an added advantage • Develop and implement the project supply chain and procurement strategy. • Identify and manage long-lead and critical smelter equipment packages. • Coordinate with engineering to ensure timely release of specifications and technical documentation. • Negotiate commercial terms and manage procurement contracts. • Manage logistics, shipping, customs clearance, and delivery of heavy-lift and oversized equipment.
