• Develop project plan for all portfolio • Monitoring of all ongoing projects within the center • Liase with Service Expansion lead & manager on project progress and support required • Implement the Project Management Office framework at center level to ensure on time and on budget implementation of the projects • Work closely with E2E and market teams to ensure that all expected project deliverables are completed on time and with quality • Manage a common project documentation repository (SharePoint, project documentation, tools, templates, accelerators etc.) • Perform project quality checks and audits, ensuring compliance with the methodology. • Perform transitions reviews and organization assessment on project / transition management to check adherence to the methodology, identify gaps and propose recommendations. • Assess the effectiveness of the program approach and tools adopted for projects, capture learnings, identify improvement opportunities and make recommendations.
