Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise debt recovery teams.Drive collections and achieve recovery targets.Develop technology-driven strategies to trace, track and recover debts.Manage delinquent accounts and optimize recovery processes.Monitor performance and prepare recovery reports.Engage clients and institutions to facilitate repayment.
