We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Procurement Officer with proven experience in the hotel/hospitality industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing food, beverages, hotel supplies, equipment, and other operational requirements while ensuring quality, competitive pricing, and timely delivery. Key Responsibilities Manage the procurement of food, beverages, housekeeping supplies, kitchen equipment, and general hotel supplies. Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers. Obtain and compare quotations to ensure competitive pricing. Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers. Prepare purchase orders and ensure purchases are properly documented. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with stores and relevant departments to avoid shortages. Ensure all procured items meet the hotel's required quality standards. Conduct regular supplier evaluations and maintain an updated supplier database. Monitor market prices and identify cost-saving opportunities. Work closely with the Finance, Stores, Kitchen, Housekeeping, and other departments. Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures. Maintain accurate procurement records and prepare regular purchasing reports. Follow up on orders and ensure timely delivery of goods. Requirements & Qualifications Diploma or Degree in Procurement, Purchasing & Supplies, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of procurement experience in the hotel/hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of hotel purchasing and supplier management. Good negotiation and communication skills. Ability to work with procurement and inventory systems. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Good understanding of stock control, costing, and inventory management. Honest, organized, analytical, and detail-oriented. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
