Contract Administration: Prepare tender and contract documents in collaboration with the Legal Advisor. Act as Secretary to the Tender Board and maintain an up-to-date contract register. Compliance & Internal Controls: Ensure strict adherence to BMF and donor procurement policies, maintaining internal controls such as the segregation of duties across storage and distribution. Reporting & Audit Support: Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual procurement reports. Provide documentation and support for internal and external audits. Qualifications and Experience Education: Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Materials Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional Certification: Valid registration/certification from the Procurement and Supplies Professionals and Technicians Board (PSPTB). Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in procurement and supply chain management.
