• Take overall responsibility for the bus assigned. • Ensure the bus is chaperoned to leave the Academy. • Ensure health, safety, and welfare of each passenger. • Pick up and drop off students, staff, and visitors at the scheduled stops • Deliver and collect goods, letters, documents, and equipment as required by Academy management • Keep vehicles’ exteriors and interiors clean, • Check the condition of the vehicle’s tires, brakes, windshield wipers, lights, oil, fuel, water, and safety equipment, etc., as per the Daily Vehicle Check List. • Report any vehicle malfunctions or needed repairs • Update and maintain mileage in the vehicle logbook. • Any other reasonable and relevant duties assigned by the line manager. • A Valid PSV certificate and Driver’s License (Class B, C, E) • Be at least 25 years of age. • Health assessment and physical examinations, including vision and hearing assessments • Updated in First Aid and Kenya Traffic Laws. • At least 3 years’ experience driving a bus.
