• Develop and implement strategic and tactical sales and marketing plans to achieve organizational business and promotional targets. • Drive revenue growth by forecasting sales opportunities and increasing the profitability of cultural programmes and artiste management. • Identify, engage, and convert prospective clients into long-term business partners. • Develop and execute marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness and audience engagement across target markets. • Work closely with the PR and Social Media Officer to maintain a strong public image through media relations, press releases, publications, and promotional events. • Lead business development initiatives, manage artiste contracts, and ensure exceptional customer service. • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. • 3–5 years experience in marketing, business development, or sales, preferably within the creative, events, or entertainment industry. • Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing campaigns. • Strong business development, lead generation, sales, and client relationship management skills. • Excellent communication, networking, presentation, and negotiation abilities. • Experience in digital marketing and content creation will be an added advantage.
