<div><!--block--><strong>Location:</strong> Across the Country<br><br><strong>About the role</strong><br>The Area Trade Developers <strong>(ATDs),</strong> reporting to the PayGo Sales Manager, will be accountable for driving phone sales through the Retailers (ATD Agents) channel, working on collections and entire channel operations in their designated area. This is done through building an extensive network of retailers called “ATD Agents” who sell to customers walking, utilising the EasyBuy technology.</div> Key Responsibilities: <h3><!--block-->1. <strong>ATD Agents Recruitment &amp; Onboarding</strong></h3><ul><li><!--block-->Identify, recruit, and onboard new phone-selling ATD Agents (Retailers) within assigned territory.</li><li><!--block-->Conduct field-based training on product knowledge, pricing, QOS Commission plan, and sales processes.</li></ul><h3><!--block-->2<strong>. Inventory Management</strong></h3><ul><li><!--block-->Stock Management: Forecast demand to prevent stockouts at retail shops.</li><li><!--block-->Coordinate with the assigned Sun King shop (AHQ) for inventory replenishment&nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Ensure safe, timely delivery of physical smartphone stock to newly and existing ATD Agents.&nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Facilitate the stock handling process (Sun King way)</li></ul><h3><!--block-->3<strong>. Agent Productivity &amp; Sales Targets</strong></h3><ul><li><!--block-->Drive daily, weekly, and monthly phone sales (units &amp; revenue) per ATD agent.</li><li><!--block-->Work with ATD agents to increase sales volume for each phone model&nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Coach and work with low-performing agents with tailored action plans to be able to sell.</li></ul><h3><!--block-->4. <strong>Portfolio Quality &amp; Repayment Support</strong></h3><ul><li><!--block-->Ensure agents follow the correct customer registration and PayGo activation steps.</li><li><!--block-->Monitor early repayment trends; intervene with agents showing high default risk.</li><li><!--block-->Manage phone replacement/warranty logistics at the ATD agent level to reduce customer complaints and improve collections.</li></ul><h3><!--block-->5.<strong> Agent Engagement &amp; Branding</strong></h3><ul><li><!--block-->Distribute and maintain branding materials (posters, umbrellas, signage, uniforms, etc.) at every agent point.</li><li><!--block-->Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with agents to review performance, resolve issues, and provide updates to the team.</li><li><!--block-->Ensure agents maintain minimum stock levels per product and follow inventory reconciliation processes.</li></ul><h3><!--block-->6<strong>. Local Trade Activations</strong></h3><ul><li><!--block-->Plan and execute daily localised activities (roadshows, market demos, door-to-door)in coordination with the
