<div><!--block--><strong>Location: Tanzania<br></strong><br>The Territory Distribution Manager at Sun King will oversee growth of the Sun King Rider Network and expansion of distribution services for LPG and other products within Sun King’s portfolio.<br><br>This role focuses on rider recruitment, performance oversight, rider grading based on service delivery, and quality assurance visits at customers’ homes.<br><br>This is a field-based position where most time is spent within rider territories alongside Sun King Riders.</div> Key Responsibilities: <div><!--block-->1. <strong>Rider Recruitment and Onboarding</strong></div><ul><li><!--block-->Identify potential riders suitable for onboarding into the Sun King Rider Network.</li><li><!--block-->Onboard riders delivering various products and services within the network.</li><li><!--block-->Conduct required KYC checks for riders within assigned territories.</li><li><!--block-->Maintain rider headcount above minimum thresholds to ensure daily order completion rates exceed 95%.</li></ul><div><!--block-->2. <strong>Rider Retention</strong></div><ul><li><!--block-->Develop initiatives that promote rider satisfaction and reduce attrition.</li><li><!--block-->Work with internal teams to design strategies that improve rider earnings and productivity.</li><li><!--block-->Implement engagement and retention initiatives for riders.</li></ul><div><!--block-->3. <strong>Safety</strong></div><ul><li><!--block-->Ensure riders have required PPE and safety equipment during operational hours.</li><li><!--block-->Promote safe riding practices.</li><li><!--block-->Engage internal and external stakeholders on safe riding initiatives.</li><li><!--block-->Drive adoption of emerging practices within the riding community to strengthen safety standards.</li><li><!--block-->Serve as the primary Sun King rider contact within assigned territories, representing the Rider Network in community discussions, local government forums, and related engagements.</li><li><!--block-->Work with the procurement team to ensure timely payments for gas, cylinders, and related expenses in line with established credit terms.</li></ul><div><!--block-->4. <strong>Performance Management</strong></div><ul><li><!--block-->Conduct performance discussions with riders within assigned territories to ensure productivity targets are met.</li><li><!--block-->Develop and maintain rider productivity tracking tools and dashboards.</li><li><!--block-->Expansion</li><li><!--block-->Identify shops that meet requirements for LPG cylinder storage and distribution.</li></ul><div><!--block-->5. <strong>Customer Experience</strong></div><ul><li><!--block-->Coach agents on accuracy and professionalism when engaging with end customers.</li><li><!--block-->Conduct refresher training sessions on
<ul><li><!--block-->A Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, Finance, IT, or a related field.</li><li><!--block-->Experience in last-mile delivery operations.</li><li><!--block-->Strong communication and stakeholder management capability.</li><li><!--block-->The ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.</li><li><!--block-->Experience monitoring and evaluating operational changes on delivery efficiency and rider productivity.</li><li><!--block-->Experience preparing reports and recommendations for senior management on delivery optimization initiatives.</li></ul>
