SALES REPRESENTATIVES - LOGBOOK LOANS

We are seeking dynamic, target-driven and results-oriented Sales Representatives to promote and sell logbook loan products. The successful candidates will be responsible for generating leads, identifying potential customers, explaining loan products and converting prospects into successful loan application IMPORTANT: Applicants MUST live in KIAMBU REQUIREMENTS Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.Previous experience in sales, loans, microfinance, banking or financial services is an added advantage.Experience in logbook loans or asset finance will be highly preferred.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Target-driven and results-oriented.Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.Willingness to conduct field sales and customer visits.Basic computer literacy.Must currently reside in KiambuKEY RESPONSIBILITIESIdentify and generate new leads for logbook loan products.Prospect for customers through field visits, referrals, calls and other sales channels.Explain loan products, eligibility requirements, terms and repayment conditions.Guide customers through the loan application process.Follow up on leads and pending applications.Build and maintain strong customer relationships.Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.Maintain accurate records of leads and applications.Identify new business opportunities within the market.Prepare regular sales reports for management.Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and procedures.
