System & Functional QA Tester

• Execute structured functional test cases for AI-enabled features across all active clinical workflow modules • Maintain a clear view of test coverage status across the full workflow portfolio — knowing which modules are in active development, which are in staging, and which are live • Conduct regression testing after each development sprint or release cycle, ensuring updates to one module do not break others • Log, track, and verify resolution of bugs using the project’s issue tracking system (Jira), maintaining clean and up-to-date records across multiple workstreams • Develop and maintain test scripts and test case documentation per workflow module • Collaborate with developers to reproduce issues and validate fixes • Coordinate with the AI Services Backend Engineer to verify that AI output formatting and API behaviour are consistent across workflow modules • Escalate critical issues to the Technical Lead and contribute to release readiness decisions • 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance or system testing • Familiarity with web and mobile application testing methodologies • Experience with bug tracking and project management tools (Jira or equivalent) • Ability to manage testing workload across multiple parallel workstreams without losing track of priorities • Basic understanding of APIs and ability to use tools such as Postman for simple API testing is an advantage • Health tech or EMR testing experience is an advantage • Detail-oriented, systematic, and comfortable working in agile sprint cycles with multiple active modules
