Key Responsibilities • Manage the procurement of goods and materials required by the company. • Identify and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely availability of required items. • Request and evaluate supplier quotations. • Support purchasing activities while ensuring value for money. • Receive and verify goods delivered to the store. • Maintain accurate records of stock received and issued. • Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment. • Organize and maintain the store to ensure proper storage and easy access to items. • Conduct regular stock checks and support stock-taking exercises. • Maintain proper procurement and store documentation. • Coordinate with relevant departments on procurement and stock requirements. Requirements • Diploma or Degree in Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in procurement and store management. • Good understanding of procurement and inventory management processes. • Good record-keeping and organizational skills. • Ability to coordinate effectively with suppliers and internal teams. • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and accountability.
