• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s vision and objectives. • Support the recruitment and selection process by sourcing suitable candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding. • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with relevant labour laws, regulations, and company policies. • Assist in designing and delivering training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth. • Provide guidance and support to managers and staff on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution. • Manage employee benefits, overtime calculations, timesheets, payroll processes, and leave administration. • Continuously review HR processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum of 1–2 years’ proven experience in an HR role, with a solid understanding of HR best practices and Zambian labour laws. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships and effectively address employee concerns. • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-oriented approach. • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion. • Proficiency in Micropay and other relevant HR systems. • Membership with the Zambia Institute of Human Resources Management (ZIHRM).
