• Lead the development, planning, and implementation of AGR programmes. • Ensure programmes respond to the needs and aspirations of girls and young women. • Provide technical guidance to programme team, volunteers, and youth leaders. • Strengthen programme monitoring, evaluation, and learning systems. • Ensure effective documentation of programme achievements, lessons learned, and impact. • Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies, Social Sciences, Management, or a related field. • A Master’s degree is an added advantage. • Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in programme management within the NGO or development sector. • Experience in project planning, monitoring, and evaluation. • Experience working with donors and development partners. • Experience managing and mentoring teams. • Strong leadership and team management skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability • Strong proposal writing and reporting skills
