The primary responsibilities of an ERP Implementation Engineer include the following aspects: Technical Support: Provides technical assistance to internal users, resolves technical issues, and helps resolve technical challenges encountered while using application systems (e.g., ERP SYSTEM). User Training: Provides internal users with training on operating the application system. Future support: Ensuring system stability, resolving application issues, and driving continuous optimization and knowledge transfer, covering three key areas: technical operations, business guidance, and iterative upgrades. Database Knowledge: Proficient in databases (e.g., MySQL, Oracle) and capable of writing SQL statements.
