Sales Executive - Mwanza

<p>We are looking to recruit a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team in Mwanza. The role will be responsible for acquiring, retaining and growing corporate customer accounts, with a particular focus on tyre sales and fleet business. The position will drive revenue and gross profit growth through new customer acquisition, account development, customer relationship management, effective collections and delivery of exceptional customer service. The work location for this position is Mwanza.</p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline or sales and marketing</li><li>At least 3 years' proven experience selling tyres in a corporate or B2B environment</li><li>Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and acquiring new accounts</li><li>Sound knowledge of tyre products and basic automobile mechanics</li><li>Valid driving licence and computer literacy</li><li>Customer focus and a commitment to exceeding expectations</li><li>Strong persuasion, negotiation and influencing skills</li><li>Clear, effective communication and presentation abilities</li><li>Commercial discipline with a sound grasp of margins and credit management</li><li>Ability to build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues</li></ul>
